This MM1870A33HBE is a 1.5A LDO with a low saturation voltage. In adinto a loraturato volage (.26V tp. Io=1.5 A),the dervice has a low volage output wih a minium of09V, ands therefore capable of low-voltage operation.

This MM1870A33HBE is oDered in the PKG IO-252-5A package featuring high heat isipation and the sall-sized PKG HSOP-8A package.

For protection, it includes an overcurent protection circuit and a thermal shutdown circuit.
