General Description
The LP3367AQVF buck/boost charge pump LED driver isdesigned for powering high brightness white LEDs forcamera flash applications. The LP3367AQVF automaticallyswitches modes between step-up and step-downensuring that LED current does not depend on theforward voltage. The LP3367 provides two currentlevels for TORCH and FLASH modes. In TOUCHmode, The LED current sense reference voltage is50mV. The LED current can be determined by currentsense resistor. In FLASH mode, the current sensereference voltage can be adjusted by external resistor.The maximum LED current can be set up to 1A. TheLP3367 is available in a 10-lead 3mm*3mm TDFN-10 package and is rated over the -40°C to 85°Ctemperature range.
