General Description

LP5303A is a single-channel overvoltage andprogrammable overcurrent protection device. Thedevice integrates powerful protection and diagnosticfunctions to ensure the voltage and current stability ofthe output port, even in the event of harmful eventssuch as input overvoltage, overcurrent and so on. Inthe mean while the device has short-circuit andthermal shutdown protection functions, which can besafely Turn off the output. The device also supportsexternal adjustment of the current limit. This featurePerformance by reducing the inrush current whendriving large capacitive loads and as much as possible Overload current can improve the reliability of thesystem, thereby eliminating system undervoltagecondition. The device protects against faults throughreliable current limiting. According to different devicerequirements, the corresponding safe current set pointcan be configured to make the chip react toover-current events to protect the circuit system.
